Professional account questions
How much is the professional discount?
Approved salon accounts start at 10% off hair extensions. Lifetime spend of £5,000 unlocks 15%, and £10,000 unlocks 20%. It applies automatically when you are signed in — no promo code needed. Haircare and most accessories stay at retail.
Who can apply?
Qualified hairdressers with NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in hairdressing. We ask for certificate evidence as part of the application.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within about 10 working days. You’ll see status updates in your account and receive an email when approved.
Does trade pricing include Academy courses?
Trade pricing covers shop products. Academy courses have their own enrolment fees — your professional account unlocks the Education Suite so you can enrol and track CPD.
I’m already certified — do I still need to apply?
Yes — the salon application creates your trade account and unlocks discount + Education Suite access, even if you trained with us previously.
