How we get your SUNDAY order to you in the United Kingdom.

UK standard delivery

We use tracked courier services for mainland UK. Typical dispatch is within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed, unless your items are on pre-order. You will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS if you opt in at checkout.

Free UK shipping on orders over £75 after discounts, excluding any remote or offshore surcharges if applicable. Orders below that threshold are charged a standard flat rate at checkout (amount to be confirmed when you connect your store).

Next-day & express

When available, faster options will be shown at checkout with cut-off times (usually weekdays before 2pm). Saturday delivery and upgrades may incur additional fees and will be itemised in your basket before payment.

Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland

Delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other extended regions may require an extra 1–2 business days. Carriers may apply a surcharge; we will display any difference clearly before you pay.

Packaging

Orders are packed in protective materials designed to keep hair products and tools safe. We aim to use minimal, recyclable materials where we can, without compromising product integrity during transit.

Not received a parcel?

If your tracking has stalled or a parcel is marked as delivered and you can’t find it, contact us within 14 days at hello@sundayhair.co with your order number (once orders are live) or see our returns & exchanges page for next steps on damaged or missing items.

Delivery times are estimates for mainland UK. Couriers may vary during peak periods. Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the stated window.
